Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company and area of interest, together with your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us, and the steps needed before entering into a contract.

Booking a call: if you book a consultation through Calendly, Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details to prepare for and hold the call.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site.

Your choice of light or dark theme is stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is not sent to us and contains no personal data.

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for up to three years after our last exchange, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.

We use trusted service providers to run this site and to receive your messages: our hosting provider, our database provider and Amazon Web Services for email delivery. They act on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@rivtech.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
